Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped within 3 business days. We ship all of our items via USPS with priority shipping, insured and with signature confirmation. You can refuses signature if you message us prior to shipment.  We are unable to offer overnight shipping option at this time. 

Please be sure to double check your shipping address is the correct one. We are not responsible and can only ship to the address listed. 

Upon shipping customers will be sent a tracking number, and are responsible for tracking the item in transit until delivery. Luxreloved is not responsible for missing/damaged packages if the carrier has provided delivery confirmation to the customer’s shipping address entered at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, email us for next steps.



At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases. Please keep this in mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. 
Please also be aware that all of the items listed with us are previously owned. Unless otherwise stated. Items may not be perfect and majority have been carried/used condition. Please review photos carefully with zoom prior to purchasing. If a flaw is shown in a photo but not written out in the description, this is not considered misrepresentation.
